SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Items are shipped by ground to the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Most products do not require a signature for delivery; you may request otherwise for a fee of $5.00.

While most products ship direct from our location in western PA, some items will ship direct from the manufacturer. You will receive tracking information via email. If there is a back order or extended ship date Kelly Comfort Solutions will contact you.

Your credit card will be charged the day the product is shipped. There is no sales tax outside of Pennsylvania. Furthermore there is no sales tax on medical equipment in Pennsylvania. For residents of Pennsylvania the state determines what items are taxable and you will know when you check out if tax applies.

Online orders are confirmed via an automated system, if you do not get a confirmation call us at 1800-721-8172 to go over your order as it probably did not go through. Be sure to use an active e-mail address when ordering.

RETURN POLICY:


Damaged merchandise - You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt, keep all boxes and packing. Any item with obvious damage to the container should be noted when received and should be reported immediately.
Products which cannot be returned include the mattresses and mattress toppers, pillows and cases, bed wedges, maternity supports, and special orders. All products must have original packaging and credit will be applied upon approval of the condition of the returned product. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is not included in cost of items. 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost charges apply on all returns. All returns must be pre approved by calling 1-800-721-8172. Unauthorized returns will have a 20% restocking fee.

If an order is cancelled after it has shipped it will be refunded less shipping and 10% restocking fee. Credit will be issued when Kelly Comfort Solutions receives the product.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any item not in its original packaging, obviously used or damaged by the consumer or containing hair, lint, makeup, etc. may be assessed a 20% fee. If a product is deemed non resalable it is at the discretion of Kelly Comfort Solutions to deny refund and the consumer would be charged additional freight charges to have the item shipped back.

Packages that are deemed to be undeliverable by the carrier due to customer error will be credited less shipping charges.
